Seattle-based Promotional Agency Hires Industry Leader, Cindy Jorgenson as Senior Director of Client Experience

 

WOODINVILLE, Wash. – July 07, 2015 – Bensussen Deutsch & Associates, LLC. (BDA), the nation’s premier Merchandise Agency™, serving more than half the Fortune 50, today announced the hiring of promotional product industry leader, Cindy Jorgenson, as its Senior Director of Client Experience. 

This newly created position is in direct response to BDA’s effort to get closer to the customer by analyzing and enhancing communication across all channels.  Cindy Jorgenson, a 20-year industry veteran will lead BDA’s client experience initiative and the corporate marketing team.

Prior to joining BDA, Jorgenson served as vice president of national sales where she led a 250-member sales force, managed corporate accounts and strategized sales growth opportunities for current and prospective clients. She has also served as president of the board of directors for the Upper Midwest Association of Promotional Professionals (UMAPP) and has held a number of sales executive and customer service roles throughout her career.
