This year's Tableau Conference was a huge success as BDA participated in the first in-person conference since 2019. Tableau, a visual analytics platform, has transformed the way organizations everywhere, from non-profits to global enterprises and across all industries and departments, use data to solve problems. TC22 is their annual conference designed to bring together communities from across the nation to nurture connections and enhance data skills, with in-person instruction and user groups, live forums and Q&A data sessions.
BDA helped Team Tableau make this year a memorable return to an in-person conference by providing the conference merchandise and overseeing the implementation of an onsite pop-up merch store, which exceeded expectations from a sales and revenue perspective. The BDA team provided their creative vision and merchandising expertise to see the pop-up store through all the way from creative concept, production, merchandising, logistics and staffing.
The support of the BDA team made incredible results possible, as the pop-up exceeded their stretch revenue goal by 63% and their net profit goal by 160%. The pop-up also made $20k in donations possible for the Data Gear for Good campaign.
