BDA Acquires UK-Based Dukes of London

Distributor Bensussen Deutsch & Associates, LLC (PPAI 109381) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of UK-based Dukes of London, out of administration. The news was first announced in a PPB Newslink Breaking News alert this morning. All Dukes of London employees will join Woodinville, Washington-based BDA’s existing UK team and be integrated into its technology systems.

In July, BDA acquired Boston, Massachusetts-based distributor SwervePoint (PPAI 336283), extending its Boston operations and service offerings. BDA currently has overseas offices in the UK, Manila, Shanghai and Shenzhen, and 32 locations in North America.
