BDA Expands Leadership Team with Top Industry Talent

WOODINVILLE, Wash. – April 11, 2022 — Bensussen Deutsch & Associates, LLC (BDA), the nation's premier Merchandise Agency™ for iconic brands, today announced two new leadership appointments - Jason Richards as DVP Global Marketing & Design Lab and Abby Allen as DVP Global Supply Chain. Both executives will inspire business innovation that continues to cement BDA's leadership position within the branded merchandise industry.

Jason Richards brings over 15 years of experience in developing and implementing omnichannel marketing strategies for B2B and B2C organizations. He joins BDA from Ackley Beverage Group where he directed brand and performance marketing, led direct-to-consumer sales and operations and managed new brand development across four brands. Jason brings deep expertise in marketing leadership and executive management, driving operational and business growth to exceed previous benchmarks.

Prior to joining BDA, Abby spearheaded sustainability and quality assurance strategy for all Nordstrom private label brands.
