The Safest Products That Will Ever Wear Your Brand Name

At BDA, we take both quality assurance and quality control very seriously, and have a rigorous process to prevent nonconformity. Whether running large custom orders for special events or operating a multimillion-dollar inventory program, advance planning and policy creation (quality assurance) and the day-to-day execution of related procedures (quality control) are monitored by BDA managers who are empowered to make decisions that impact customer orders. Both quality areas are measured and reviewed regularly with quantitative data and qualitative measurements.

Quality Certification Alliance (QCA)

BDA earned Quality Certification Alliance (QCA) accreditation in 2009. QCA is an independent, nongovernmental, nonprofit accrediting organization for industry suppliers.

Learn More About QCA

QCA certification helps protect your brand and reputation by offering compliance with the highest degree of established domestic and international product laws, regulations and standards for product standards in the market. It significantly raises the standard by providing consistently safe, high-quality, socially compliant, environmentally conscientious merchandise to clients and their constituents. Each member must submit itself to a third-party audit and disclose full transparency of its operations. It measures product safety, quality assurance, social accountability, supply chain safety and environmental stewardship.

C-TPAT

Along with being a founding member of QCA, we have also gone through a stringent yearlong qualification process with the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT). Sponsored by the Department of Homeland Security, C-TPAT is a voluntary program to build government-business cooperation in strengthening international supply chains and U.S. border security. BDA has become C-TPAT member and, through the process, validated our quality assurance and security processes that were already in place with Quality Certification Alliance.

Compliance Partnership Summit

Furthermore, BDA hosts an annual Compliance Partnership Summit in Shenzhen, China with attendance by representatives of more than 50 factories. At this summit, BDA trains all attendees on our policies for product testing and inspection requirements. No other organization in the promotional products industry offers a similar commitment to ensuring across-the-board quality control and safety standards through supplier education.

At BDA, we are committed to protecting your brand, your customers and anyone interacting with your product in every way possible. To learn more about BDA's continuing efforts to build the safest products possible, please contact us.
