All-Star T-shirt Activation Adds Color to Pregame Celebration

Our handiwork was on display during last night's MLB All-Star Game broadcast.

On behalf of MLB corporate partner Chevrolet, BDA was tasked with coordinating the production, delivery and in-stadium setup of 43,500 red, white and blue All-Star Game T-shirts.

Fans in the upper level of Kauffman Stadium were given red and white shirts to represent the stripes on the American flag and those in the lower level received blue shirts. The effort gave the pregame festivities a decidedly patriotic feel.

The project took six weeks of planning with Royals and league officials, three weeks of artwork development and production and two days of on-site kitting. BDA managed a setup crew of 300 volunteers who worked through the night to stage boxes on the concourses and place bags on every stadium seat.
