How is BDA protecting my brand, products and customers when so many items are manufactured internationally?

BDA is committed to protecting your brand, your customers, and anyone interacting with your product.  Therefore we have gone through a rigorous yearlong qualification process with the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT).  Sponsored by the Department of Homeland Security, C-TPAT is a voluntary program to build government-business cooperation in strengthening international supply chains and U.S. border security. BDA has joined the fewer than 3,000 companies that have become C-TPAT members and, through the process, validated our existing quality assurance and security processes.

Because BDA is a certified member of C-TPAT, our shipments receive preferential treatment at the U.S. border. We have committed to the tough security requirements of C-TPAT; therefore, U.S. Customs has greater confidence in the integrity of our shipments, which are less likely to be subjected to inspections. In the rare case of an inspection, BDA is moved to the front of the line. By passing the stringent certification process, we have strengthened the supply chain and increased efficiency.
By securing our shipments according to C-TPAT standards, BDA protects your products, brands, and customers. To learn more about our continuing efforts to build the safest products possible, please contact us.
