Qualifications & Experience

•Must be highly proficient with Oracle e-business suite. Minimum of 5 years of Oracle EBS is required.
Knowledge of CRM on demand and/or Agile PLM applications a strong plus!
•5+ years of experience deploying or supporting enterprise applications
•Bachelors’ degree in computer science or engineering field
•Mature organizational and time management skills
•Self-Starter with proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
•Strong analytical aptitude
 

Skills & Traits

The senior technical analyst is responsible for production support of the company’s Oracle e-Business implementation. The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing business requirements, developing Oracle enhancements and unit testing. Candidates must have experience with managing enhancements and troubleshooting production support issues.

Duties & Responsibilities

• 5+ years of experience developing solution for Oracles e-business suite 11i and/or R12.
• Proficient with PL/SQL, Oracle Forms and Oracle Report.
• Experience with Oracle applications including: order-to-cash, procurement-to-pay, financials and warehouse management.
• Experience XML, Application Express, JAVA, HTML and/or Web development is a strong plus.
• Experience working with end users to analysts and troubleshooting system issues. Make appropriate recommendations to resolve root-cause of an issue.
• Candidate must work critical user issues during on and off hours. Need to provide detailed status communications for issues being addressed.
• Must be able to handle competing high priority time sensitive user requests and provide short-term and long-term root cause analysis/solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse groups at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
