Experience Requirements
- College degree and/or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years relevant professional experience
- Experience in multi-channel marketing
- Previous management experience
- Can-do attitude and a desire to have fun and be successful in a work-hard/play-hard environment
- Previous video game merchandising preferred

- Knowledge of total marketing mix, including program management, client communications strategies, product positioning, and demand generation.
- Very strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of management, both internal (BD&A) and external (Client)

Duties & Responsibilities
- Development, implementation and management of consumer product channel strategies
- Multi-channel marketing of consumer goods in-store, online and offline
- Annual and quarterly marketing and sales planning
- Channel management including sales optimization across channels
- Account management and development
- Channel development
- Competitive analysis and reporting
- Financial reconciliation and ad hoc analysis for channel performance
- Participation in sales forecasting meetings, progress updates and meetings with executives
- Other job duties and projects as assigned
