BDA MARKS 10TH YEAR OF FUNDRAISING FOR MARSHA RIVKIN CENTER WITH $50,000 DONATION

BDA Employees Rally to Support Seattle-based Ovarian Cancer Research Center -- Contributions Top $430,000 Since Fundraising Began in 2000

SEATTLE - June 24, 2009 - Bensussen Deutsch & Associates, Inc. (BDA), the nation's premier Merchandise AgencySM, today announced that it has raised $50,000 for the Marsha Rivkin Center for Ovarian Cancer Research. Founded in 1996, the Center's mission is to save lives and reduce suffering through improved treatment, early detection, and prevention of ovarian cancer. BDA company co-founders, Eric Bensussen and Jay Deutsch, presented a check to Marsha Rivkin's founder and executive director, Dr. Saul Rivkin, on Tuesday night before the Seattle Mariners game.

"Both Jay and I are thrilled that for 10 years now, our employees continue to find creative ways to fundraise in support of the Marsha Rivkin Center, even as philanthropic giving has been on the decline," said Eric Bensussen, president of BDA. "At BDA, we talk about the power of our employees and what they can do for our clients, but some of their most defining moments are when they rally together as a family to raise funds for our community and the people whose lives depend on the activities at the Center."

Bensussen's and Deutsch's passion for the Center stems from personal family experiences with the disease. Their generosity is reflected throughout the entire company, which has raised more than $430,000 since 2000 to support the Center's fight against ovarian cancer. The funds that BDA has raised have directly supported critical cancer research including the development of a symptom-screening questionnaire designed to boost early detection of ovarian cancer. In addition to conducting company-sponsored events and auctions for fundraising, BDA was once again the lead sponsor for this year's Swedish Medical Center's SummeRun, also benefitting the Marsha Rivkin Center. The company has held the title for each of the 10 years it has made donations to the Center.

"With Eric and Jay's leadership, passion and dedication, BDA has demonstrated a unique charitable business model that is truly an inspiration in corporate philanthropy," said Rivkin. "The energy and generosity comes from the entire staff of BDA. Their long-standing support has been pivotal to the growth and success of the Rivkin Center and we are all deeply grateful for BDA's exemplary commitment to ovarian cancer research and to the health and well-being of women in our community and beyond."
