As supervisor of the BDA supply chain, Rick is our resident safety and compliance expert, purchasing and infrastructure guru and chief negotiator. He oversees supplier management, fulfillment, warehousing, distribution, logistics management and sales operations. As if all that wasn't enough, he also monitors global market conditions that impact the promotional merchandise industry, so we can educate our internal teams and our client partners. Prior to joining BDA in 1996, Rick spent 10 years with Nordstrom. He is a Black Belt in Six Sigma methodology.
Last we checked, Rick is the only active Scoutmaster on staff with a confirmed heavy metal history. In high school, he was buddies with the members of Quiet Riot (when they were still fine-tuning their sound), and in college, he managed a metal band that headlined the Hollywood club circuit.
